Are you looking to refine your Facial Gua Sha practice, inspire your self practice, or simply desire a more calm headspace from the inside out?  Join emiko of emikooyoga this fall for her NEW MONTHLY Facial Gua Sha In Person, small group classes hosted at Fox & Doll Studio in San Francisco’s Mission District. Each workshop will have a specialty focus led by emiko, utilizing different Gua Sha tools in a blended practice of Facial Gua Sha, Face Yoga, Acupressure and other techniques. Shana, owner of Fox & Doll will also share her skin care expertise related to each evening’s focus.

SUPPLIES: Gua Sha tools, facial oil, facial mist will be available to use during the class as well as for purchase to take home. Participants will receive a special discount on products at Fox & Doll the evening of the workshop.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own tools, facial oil and mist or purchase at Foxanddollshop prior to the workshop.

WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

October 22 -Gua Sha Flat Stone: Daily Basic Routine
We cover the basics of Facial Gua Sha and my go-to Daily Routine using a flat Gua Sha tool.

November 19 - Gua Sha Spoon: Eyes and Cheeks
Learn how to use a Gua Sha Spoon to work around the contours of the eyes and cheeks to soothe, depuff and lift. 

December 17 - Gua Sha Mushroom: Unwinding Tension
Experience the bliss of a spaciousness and calm mind by using a Gua Sha Mushroom tool to unwind tension in scalp, neck and face, with the option of heated tools.

Cancellation Policy: Early Bird Bundles are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone you know to use in your place. To be refunded for a Single class purchase, you must email emiko@emikooyoga no later than 48 hours before the start of the class. Less than 48 hours will receive a credit towards a future class to be used within 60 days of the cancellation.
