Join me for a 60 minute, Hatha Yoga-inspired, Somatic strength and MELT Method Ball class at the SF Main Library, 4th floor Rotunda (to the right of the Music Dept info desk). A gentle approach to hydrating your connective tissue, enhancing your sense of stability and grounding, while helping to balance your nervous system.
FREE and open to the public. All levels welcome. No reservation required, just show up!
WHAT TO WEAR: Clothes that are comfortable and easy to move in. The room tends to be on the cooler side.
