Squarespace: Our website is hosted on Squarespace.com. Squarespace collects data necessary to run our site, track website analytics, and securely hosts and manages our Facial Gua Sha newsletter list.
Mailchimp: We use Mailchimp.com to securely host, manage, and distribute our Yoga and Facial Gua Sha newsletter lists. If you opt-in to receive yoga updates, your name and email address are transmitted to and stored on Mailchimp's platform.
Stripe: For retail products and private lessons purchased directly on our Squarespace website, transactions are securely processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your payment data in compliance with strict industry standards.
Recess.tv: We use Recess.tv as our management platform to coordinate group classes, student profiles, and memberships. Your class booking profile is safely maintained through their secure interface.
Adyen: For all memberships and group classes booked via Recess.tv, financial transactions are securely processed by Adyen. Adyen collects, encrypts, and processes your payment details in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
5. Your Rights: Reviewing and Changing Your Information
Under CalOPPA, you have the right to review and request changes to the personal information we have collected from you.
For Classes & Memberships: You can update your contact and billing info at any time by logging into your student profile via our Recess.tv booking portal.
For Newsletters & General Data: You can request changes, unsubscribe from either newsletter list, or request the deletion of your data by emailing us directly at privacy[at]emikooyoga[dot]com. You can also use the "Unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of any email campaign we send you.
6. California "Do Not Track" (DNT) Disclosures
Some web browsers feature a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is currently no industry-wide consensus on how to respond to these mechanisms, emikooyoga does not alter its data collection practices when it detects a DNT signal.
